Level-C PPE Push Pack Configuration

Level-C PPE Push Packs include particulate-protective suits, powered air-purifying respirators (PAPR), and personal radiation alert devices designed to support response operations involving airborne particulates, radioactive fallout, biological hazards, and unknown powders.

Officials primarily intend these protective systems for outdoor use during evacuation or relocation away from a CBRN hot zone or its projected contamination plume pathway.

Evacuation/Relocation use of Level-C PPE with a P100 PAPR should occur only when official guidance confirms that environmental conditions fall within the functional limits of particulate-protective respiratory equipment. Follow official advisories.

Important Equipment Clarification

These configurations protect against airborne particulate hazards.
They do not have a rating for exposure to chemical warfare agents (CWA).
