(Compatible with the offered Level-C Particulate PPE Push Pack)
The 3M Versaflo M-407 Respirator Helmet is designed for use during
Official Evacuations away from a CBRN Hot Zone and its projected 100-mile plume pathway. Perfect for hospital First Receivers managing contaminated patients and during decontamination operations.
When conditions are uncertain, time-compressed, and information is incomplete, this headgear provides full head, face, neck, and shoulder protection while delivering a continuous flow of filtered air from a HEPA filter cartridge PAPR. The positive-pressure airflow helps reduce inward leakage and supports extended wear during evacuation movement, patient intake, triage, and controlled sheltering operations.
A panoramic, coated polycarbonate visor provides wide, distortion-free visibility—critical for situational awareness during evacuation routing,
patient assessment, and coordination with command staff.
The flame-resistant outer shroud and inner collar create an added protective barrier against particulate fallout, liquid splashes, and secondary contamination pathways that commonly occur during radiological, chemical, or biological incidents. Not Rated as a Blood-Borne Barrier.
Follow official advisories and orders.
The lightweight helmet design and six-point suspension system allow for sustained wear without compromising mobility or endurance.
Universal sizing supports rapid issue across executive teams, clinical staff, emergency managers, and trained support personnel without the delays of individual helmet-level fit testing.
The neutral gray and white profile maintains a professional, clinical appearance appropriate for hospital environments, emergency departments, and controlled evacuation corridors.
